Delivery & Returns

As the little designer is at school during the day, she designs after school, at weekends and on holidays. However, she is so excited when she gets an order - it is usually made within 24 hours and when she is unavailable, we gift wrap, package and post. Although she loves going to the post office and getting a thrill from posting herself! We always send photos of custom pieces before sending to ensure you are happy.
If for some reason there was an issue with your delivered item, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you. We will accept returns for any damaged goods on arrival of your delivery.


All delivery’s over £5.00 are free, and you will find Royal Mail options for shipping if needed to the UK and EU.
